Biography

Ani Keledjian brings many years of legal experience to her practice, including four years as a paralegal prior to law school. Ani focuses her practice in real estate, business, and trust litigation.

Before joining The Angell Law Firm, Ani clerked for the Honorable Joseph Quinn at the San Francisco Superior Court. Ani was one of twelve students selected to teach legal research and writing to first-year law students, as well as training and preparing those students for mock trial. In her last year of law school, Ani was appointed Symposium Editor and Articles Editor for the USF Law Review, Volume 51. Ani graduated from the University of San Francisco School of Law as a member of the McAuliffe Academic Honors Society, representing the top 20% of the graduating class.

At The Angell Law Firm, Ani's practice focuses on real estate transactional law, including residential and commercial purchase agreements, easement agreements, equity share agreements, and residential and commercial lease agreements; real estate litigation, including property ownership disputes, boundary line disputes, prosecuting and defending failure to disclose cases, agent and broker liability, breach of fiduciary duty actions, and residential and commercial unlawful detainers; business transaction and litigation; estate planning; and trust and probate litigation.

Most recently, Ani successfully prosecuted a breach of contract and fraud action, obtaining a judgment after trial for the full contract amount and an award of punitive damages against the defendant, double the amount of the contract damages.

Ani is an active member of the Robert G. McGrath Inns of the Court and the Contra Costa County Bar Association.

When she is not in the office, Ani can be found hiking in the East Bay open spaces with her dog, Montana, or tending to her vegetable and succulent gardens. Ani is also fluent in Armenian and conversational in Spanish.
